Design & Operation:
Typically features a guide structure where the cage secures the seat and guides the plug, ensuring easy disassembly. The trim utilizes a single-seat, dual-plug configuration. The tight fit between the dual plugs and their seating surface ensures low leakage. Ideal for controlling various gases and fluids with relatively high pressure differentials, this design addresses the shortcomings of high leakage in cage double-seat valves and the lack of high-temperature resistance in cage single-seat valves.

A flow-to-close design is employed. During regulation or shut-off, the small plug opens first to regulate flow or relieve pressure. When the small plug reaches a specific position, it engages the large plug for main regulation or full valve opening.

Trim Characteristics: Guided unbalanced trim, cage-pressed valve cage, dual-plug pressure-relief quick-disassembly structure.

Body Types: Globe, Angle, Z-Type.

Bonnet Types: Standard (normal temperature), Heat-dissipating (high temperature), Extended (low temperature).
